Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to customers in the UK.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. No garment will be refunded if odours of cooking, smoking, or deodorant are apparent, or if the garment is soiled in any way
(c) You comply with the returns procedure set out below
Returns Procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:
(a) Email us at mail@davidscaifemenswear.co.uk with your instructions for the exchange/return of your purchase
(b) We will issue you with a returns number
(c) All returned goods must be safely packaged, and recorded delivery should be used to safeguard your return
(d) You will be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with returns under this policy

Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
(a) Socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned due to the hygiene nature of these products
(b) Gift Vouchers
