Delivery/Returns/Refunds Policy
Introduction
This delivery policy provides details of the delivery methods, periods, and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website, email, or telephone. This policy is legally binding and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us, as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses on orders over £150.00 (inclusive of VAT). Orders below this amount will be subject to delivery charges, as detailed in Section 5.
Delivery Methods
We deliver to UK addresses only. If your delivery address is within the UK mainland, you may select from the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery
Delivery Periods
The table below indicates typical delivery periods for each delivery method. If you place your order before 3 pm on a working day, these periods start from the close of business that day. For orders placed after 3 pm or on a non-working day, the period begins from the close of business on the next working day.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated and automatically applied during the checkout process based on the selected delivery method.

Delivery Tracking

Receipt and Signature
All deliveries require a signature at the delivery address upon receipt.
Additional Deliveries and Collection
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will leave a card with instructions on how to collect the parcel from the local post office or collection depot.
